CAJUN SEASONING MIX

This mix can be made for Cajun or Creole food.

1 tbs dried basil
1 tbs dried oregano
1-1/2 tbs paprika
1-1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp mace (I eliminated because I didn't have it)
1 bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Grind until well blended.
